Arrived to customers house for an AC out. Upon arrival found that evaporator coil was frozen and condenser was cutting in and out due low pressure switch in condenser. Will need to return to check in morning once system has time to thaw.
Went for an out on system. Went to the condenser unit. Noticed compressor was off. Checked capacitor was failing. Did replace capacitor, system is now up and running properly. Checked electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set system for cooling. Measured the systems static pressure measured a temperature split between return and supply air. Spoke with homeowner about the wear that is caused by the systems static pressure. Set up for a field supervisor to reach out in about a month to finish the diagnosis. Checked interior of the furnace for cleanliness. Found that the fan is collecting dust debris. Went outside and verified refrigerant levels. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components. Rinsed coil free of debris. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Air conditioning system is operational at this time.
Proposed a ductwork modification to bring the return air up to passing CFM, install a UV oxidizing system due to heavy smoking in the house, and Aeroseal the system. $10,680.79
Arrived for ac check today. Upon arrival you told me that the upstairs does not stay cool at all and system runs all the time. Turned system on and checked vents, found hardly any air coming out of the upstairs vents. I reached out to my manager and she sent Jared out to check into airflow. As far as the system goes I changed furnace filter. The blower motor amps a are good. Blower wheel is dirty and needs to be cleaned. There is a 19 degree temp split. At the condensing unit all pressures and charge look good. All electrical components are running within manufacturing specs. The coil was very dirty, I rinsed it clean.
